Note |
The International Development Research Center (IDRC) partially funded this scholarship. The latter can be cumulated with other scholarships or awards. Selection of candidates will be done by an independent jury and results will be revealed after
July 16, 2004. The candidate should submit an executive summary to RCPL at the end of the research. |
